Why We Use the Name YAHUAH

We didn’t switch to “YAHUAH” because it sounds deep—we did it because the Name was hidden. This blog explains why restoring the Father’s Name matters for prayer, worship, and identity.

Why We Use the Name YAHUAH

We didn’t start saying YAHUAH because it sounded Hebrew and trendy. We started saying it because somebody hid it.

Most English Bibles:

  • Replace His Name with LORD (all caps)
  • Treat the Tetragrammaton (YHWH) like a secret
  • Train you to speak titles, not His actual Name

If the enemy can blur who you’re talking to, he can blur how you walk.

LORD Is a Title — YAHUAH Is a Name

  • “LORD” can be used for men, masters, and idols.
  • YAHUAH is the covenant Name revealed to Mosheh.
  • The prophets cried out in that Name.
  • Deliverance, covenant, and promises are tied to that Name.

A title is generic. A Name is personal.

Why the Name Was Covered

Over time:

  • Religious traditions said the Name was “too holy” to say.
  • Translations followed man-made fear instead of Scripture.
  • The people of YAH grew up calling Him everything but YAHUAH.

We’re not here to be deep. We’re here to be accurate.

What Changes When You Use His Name

This is not magic, but it is alignment:

  • Your prayers feel more direct and covenant-rooted.
  • Scripture opens up when you see where His Name actually sits.
  • You realize how much got filtered through Roman and Greek thinking.

You’re not just saying a sound. You’re honoring the One who put His Name on His people.

Guarding Against Pride and Arguments

We don’t weaponize the Name to beat people up:

  • No, you’re not more “saved” because you say YAHUAH.
  • No, you’re not called to mock those who are just learning.
  • Yes, you are called to share truth in love and boldness.

We use the Name because He chose it, not because we’re in a Hebrew contest.

Final Call

We’re done calling our Elohiym by generic labels while the world boldly names their idols.

On this platform, you’ll see:

  • YAHUAH for the Father
  • YAHUSHA for the Mashiach
  • RUACH HAQODESH for the Sacred Breath

We’re not rebranding. We’re returning.
